Safran Electronics & Defense, Avionics USA in Grand Prairie, TX, seeks a Quality Engineering Manager to lead a team of quality engineers in Aftermarket Americas. You will drive product quality, process effectiveness, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing and repair operations.

You will mentor engineers, own quality metrics, and lead audits and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D methodologies. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 8+ years of quality experience.
• Professional ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9110 auditing certification required.
• ES&H policies compliance and ISO/AS9100 knowledge.
• FAA Repair Station knowledge preferred; ASQ CQE/CQA/CQMgr is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team.
• Drive reductions in escapes, DPPM, COPQ and nonconformances.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure ISO 9001/AS9100/AS9110 compliance and audits.
• Support QMS and supplier quality improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
