Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or applicable science.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience in quality.
• At least 4 years of aerospace sector experience, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Quality Engineers in manufacturing departments to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
• Reports progress and status of projects to Site Quality Manager and Operations Manager.
• Ensures participation and reporting to QRQC teams.
• Drives continuous improvement for product and process improvements on active production lines.
• Leads development and monitoring of quality metrics including non-quality costs and DPPM.
