Summary: Responsible for ensuring that the Manufacturing Quality System is effectively established, deployed, maintained, and continually improved. Works closely with Operations Management to drive and maintain world‑class manufacturing operations and quality outcomes. Manages, directs, trains, mentors, develops, coaches and counsels staff to ensure desired results are achieved in daily operations and meeting mid to long‑term company goals.
Continued related activities: Along with team, serve as subject matter experts to resolve in‑process failures, line stoppages and defects noted throughout the process manufacturing and repair activities. Identify and assess actual and potential problem areas in production. Team will lead efforts to formulate and execute recovery plans to achieve compliance and meet customer delivery needs.
