Job summary

You will drive root cause analysis, RCAs, and supplier SCARs while ensuring conformance to the GTC quality system and facilitating improvements across production. Responsibilities include reviewing nonconforming material, data-driven process optimization, and participating in internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ quality experience in government/aerospace manufacturing with a bachelor’s degree or 5 years with an associate’s degree.
• US citizenship required; background check and drug screen are part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Review nonconforming material reports and identify root causes with corrective actions.
• Collect and analyze statistical data to determine process improvements.
• Develop and report quality performance information for management and customers.
• Attend pre-manufacturing meetings to prevent discrepancies and waste.
• Interface with Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management and Business Development to review quality plans.
• Investigate customer corrections, returns, and complaints to prevent recurrence.
