Job summary

CTL Aerospace is seeking a qualified MRO Quality Engineer in Cincinnati to inspect engine components and review repair plans. The role reports to the QC Supervisor and involves training QC Inspectors and coordinating with Production, Contracts and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery.

Required experience includes 3–5 years in aerospace/aviation engineering, high school or equivalent, and U.S. citizenship or a Green Card.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years aerospace/aviation engineering experience.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• US citizen or Green Card holder.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Able to work with diverse teams on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Inspect engine components.
• Review/approve repair plans, BOMs and specs per drawings.
• Provide training and support for QC Inspectors.
• Participate in QA/escalation reviews for discrepant parts.
• Coordinate requirements with Production, Contracts and Engineering.
• Support on-time delivery of products to customers.
