Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking a Product Quality Support engineer – Aerospace to support QA activities across product development and manufacturing. You will work cross-functionally to resolve quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement to meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

The role requires hands-on inspection of electronic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to lead quality initiatives on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in Aerospace industry.
• Significant hands-on experience with inspection of electronic, mechanical, and/or electro‑mechanical components and assemblies.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Strong oral, written communication skills, excellent customer relationship building skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Create inspection criteria for in-process and final inspections.
• Address and resolve non-conformances with cross-functional teams.
• Perform mechanical measurements with scales, calipers, and gauges.
• Review and approve drawings and work instructions.
• Prepare reports and pivot tables from data.
• Witness and audit development processes for compliance.
• Provide regular updates to Client Manager.
