ADP, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer for our Creston, IA location.

The role focuses on developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for aerospace processes, materials and products, with emphasis on non-conformance resolution, corrective actions, and data-driven process improvements. The candidate will prepare procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans to meet AS9100 and customer requirements, while collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing and QA teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; manufacturing, engineering or quality assurance preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in quality assurance with proficiency in Quality Engineering tools (RCCA, SPC, PPAP)

Responsibilities

• Investigate non-conformances and determine root causes with corrective actions
• Prepare actions and responses to customers on non-conformances
• Prepare procedures and work instructions required by AS9100 and customer requirements
• Evaluate QA processes, including lab and inspection areas, for improvements and efficiencies
• Liaise between Engineering and Manufacturing on non-conformances and corrective actions
• Develop inspection instruction sheets and update existing ones
• Perform data analysis (SPC) to support process improvements
• Support customer surveys and audits with required check sheets and documentation
• Participate in supplier audits and NADCAP-related activities
• Maintain calibration records and ensure compliance with NADCAP and ISO specifications
