Job summary

The role involves managing quality standards, resolving technical issues, and ensuring compliance with FAA Repair Station regulations. Candidates should have over 5 years of aerospace manufacturing experience and a Bachelor's degree in engineering. The position offers a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000, along with benefits like healthcare and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing or finishing; AS9100 & Nadcap familiarity preferred.
• FAA Repairman Certificate and auditor training are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with aerospace commercial, defense, and space OEMs and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to reduce Cost of Poor Quality.
• Develop and implement quality standards and process improvements across production.
• Support FAA Repair Station return-to-service authorizations.
• Host audits and customer visits and train cross-functional teams on quality best practices.
