The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, along with 4-5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within an Aircraft or Aerospace Quality environment. Knowledge of quality management systems and aerospace standards is essential for this role, which emphasizes strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in an engineering classification/position.
• Experience in an Aircraft or Aerospace Quality environment.
• Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards.

Responsibilities

• Support quality team and perform data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Analyze and provide material review disposition for nonconforming materials.
• Participate in design and product reviews.
• Recommend and support corrective actions to reduce nonconformance.
• Define process flow, perform PFMEA & Control plan.
