Job summary

Hytek Finishes Co. is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to steward and elevate our QMS in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Reporting to the VP of Engineering and Quality, you will own the quality function, lead audits, and drive continuous improvement across AS9100, Nadcap, and OEM approvals. The role requires a strong leader with deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, staff development, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Lead auditor experience in a regulated environment (AS9100, Nadcap).
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience with regulatory requirements (FAA, FAR Part 145).
• ERP experience, preferably Infor SyteLine / SyteLine.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage Hytek's QMS across AS9100, Nadcap, FAA approvals.
• Schedule and host internal/external audits and maintain approvals list.
• Manage corrective actions and monitor QMS performance metrics.
• Develop, train and evaluate quality staff; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with operations and customers on quality-related issues.
