Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong understanding of print reading and specifications.
• Proven ability to analyze and solve technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Develop and implement quality plans and inspections.
• Conduct Gage R&R studies and maintain technical knowledge.
• Submit First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to ensure compliance.
