Responsibilities

• Review customer complaints, analyze returns and recommend corrective action.
• Review statistical data and represent graphically; assist with quality improvement programs.
• Assist in conducting annual plant audits and system surveys.
• Update and augment Quality Assurance procedures and systems.
• Travel to customers and suppliers as necessary to control problem areas.
