Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking a Quality Engineer II to support inspection, data-driven improvements, and root cause resolution. You will assist with MRB, First Article Inspections, and audits while liaising with Design Engineering and Procurement to improve quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of aerospace or regulatory experience, proficiency with engineering drawings and AS9100/FAA environments, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BS, BSEE or related Engineering degree; equivalent experience may substitute.
• 3–5 years of related experience in aerospace or regulatory environments.
• Experience leading Lean and 6S activities preferred.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and acceptance test procedures at an advanced level.
• Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Support local inspection activities and drive continuous improvement with data analysis.
• Perform root cause analyses for issues and define corrective actions.
• Support MRB, First Article Inspections per AS9102, and supplier interactions.
• Lead quality projects from ideation to completion.
• Assist in audits and maintain quality procedures and work instructions.
