Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a Quality Engineer to evaluate supplier capabilities and baseline conformance to commodity checklists and QMS processes, covering the full life-cycle from materials requests to receipt.

The role emphasizes lean and six-sigma methodologies, RCCA/CAPA, FMEA, GD&T, and collaboration across design, incoming material, production control and reliability teams. A hands-on mechanical background and AS9102 FAI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years LEAN manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years in Quality Engineering: FMEA, SPC, RCCA, Process Control, Auditing.
• 2–3 years with ISO9100/AS9100 QMS in Production & Quality Engineering.
• 2–3 years with Aircraft Parts & Material Conformity Inspections.
• 3–5 years FAI experience with AS9102 protocol.
• 3–5 years knowledge of inspection methods, GD&T.
• Airframe and AVMS electronic experience helpful.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• US citizenship may be required for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier manufacturing functions to baseline conformance to standards.
• Establish part quality evaluation plans from materials requests through receipt.
• Disposites non-conforming materials and drives corrective action.
• Support QMS audits and process improvements using RCCA and CAPA.
• Collaborate across design, incoming material, production control, and reliability teams.
