Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance
• US Citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Analyze assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records to validate data accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and coordinate quality metrics reports and presentation packages.
• Maintain and support quality records.
• Document discrepancies and engage with engineering and manufacturing to disposition non-conformances.
• Develop and provide recommendations to resolve discrepancies and corrective actions for recurring nonconformances.
• Ensure corrective measures meet acceptable quality standards.
