Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering within the aerospace industry.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace quality standards such as AS9100, FAA regulations, and NADCAP requirements.
• Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and tools such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures in accordance with aerospace industry standards such as AS9100 and FAA regulations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
• Perform regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, suppliers, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and supply chain to address quality concerns and support product development.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and report findings to management and stakeholders.
