Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Fort Walton Beach, FL is hiring a Quality Engineer to lead quality controls, support AS9145/APQP initiatives, and ensure products meet government and customer requirements. You will collaborate across Engineering, Operations and Suppliers to drive data-driven improvements and sustain compliant processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in aerospace quality, knowledge of APQP/PPAP and standard QC tools, plus strong communication.

Qualifications

• BS in Quality, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Suppliers and Customers.
• Collect and analyze production data to evaluate product quality.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Stop production for serious defects.
• Monitor quality control systems for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Review ECOs, MCOs, deviations, and related quality documents.
• Support audits with Defense, Aerospace and Customer Auditors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement roadmap using data.
