Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; extensive relevant experience in quality engineering in aerospace/manufacturing considered in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations (AS9100).
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and achieving quality objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Basic mathematical arithmetic skills.
• Experience with CMM programming.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; familiarity with statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize quality of production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Develop and conduct tests; analyze data to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions as needed.
• Audit manufacturing processes and materials for compliance with regulations and standards.
• Identify and resolve quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality documentation and records.
