Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or 3-5 years of quality experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ISO-9000, Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing.
• Experience with GD&T, FMEA and PPAP documentation.
• Ability to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and advance CPP quality systems, procedures, and practices.
• Interpret customer drawings, specifications, reports and GD&T.
• Communicate with customers to resolve quality concerns.
• Audit production lots for compliance and repeatability of results.
• Participate in customer and external audits and support continuous improvement.
• Drive corrective/preventive actions and manage non-conforming material.
• Generate quality shipment documentation including certificates of conformance.
• Interact with NDT personnel to ensure product compliance.
