Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Cudahy, CA, seeks a Quality Engineer to lead quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement for aerospace manufacturing. You will interpret drawings and GD&T, support audits, and drive CAPA with data-driven methods.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or 3–5 years in quality systems.
• Strong communication and program management skills.
• Knowledge of ISO-9000, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPP quality systems, procedures, and practices.
• Interpret customer drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
• Audit production lots for adherence to techniques and repeatability.
• Assist during customer/external audits and close corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and PPAP documentation.
• Drive non-conforming material resolution and action closure.
• Support FMEA, Control Plans, and process capability analyses.
