Apm-Manufacturing in Orange, CA is seeking a Quality Control Clerk to support the Quality Department in an AS9100-certified manufacturing environment. You will help maintain accurate documentation, enter inspection results, and organize records to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time shipments.

The role emphasizes data entry, file management, calibration tracking, and collaboration with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of administrative or quality support experience in manufacturing preferred (aerospace experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain inspection results, nonconformance reports, and corrective action data in company systems.
• Organize and file quality records, including inspection reports, material certifications, and process certifications.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of production travelers and quality documentation prior to shipment.
• Assist with preparation of documentation packages for customer shipments.
• Maintain document control in accordance with AS9100 requirements.
• Support internal and external audit preparation by gathering required quality records.
• Track calibration records and assist with maintaining equipment certification logs.
• Coordinate communication between Quality, Production, and Engineering departments regarding documentation requirements.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems in accordance with record retention policies.
• Assist with other administrative tasks within the Quality department as needed.
