A1J Technologies LLC is seeking a Director of Quality to lead our quality organization and transform our QMS to support a Tier 1 aerospace/defense supplier role. You will oversee AS9100 compliance, product acceptance, and corrective actions, aligning cross-functional teams to improve quality and on-time delivery.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive continuous improvement, establish robust inspection and metrology programs, and ensure supplier and customer quality requirements are

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive quality experience in manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in quality leadership.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102 and aerospace QA requirements.
• Experience with precision machining, GD&T, and inspection methods.
• Proven ability to lead internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
• Expertise in nonconforming product controls, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Experience with supplier quality, material traceability, and configuration management.
• Ability to establish quality KPIs, performance reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and customer relationship skills.
