Job summary

ADDMAN Engineering in Union Hill, NY seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to lead the QC team and ensure product conformance to drawings, specs and customer standards. You will supervise inspections, document results, and communicate findings to management and production personnel in a timely manner.

You will mentor inspectors, coordinate testing activities, and participate in root-cause investigations and CAPA to drive continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a related two-year vocational program or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with quality systems and maintaining inspection records.
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Quality Control Inspectors and Technicians.
• Perform inspections and verify conformance to drawings and specifications.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation in systems.
• Coordinate inspection activities with production priorities.
• Communicate inspection findings to production, engineering and management.
• Assist in root cause investigations and CAPA activities.
• Support continuous improvement to improve quality, defects and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.
