Job summary

You will work closely with Engineering and Production, manage inspection records, and promote continuous improvement in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. Strong CMM/PC-DMIS skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a related two-year vocational school program or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Read, write, and communicate in English; team player.
• US work authorization without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for Quality Control Inspectors and Technicians.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff on inspection methods and documentation.
• Monitor performance, coach, and conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate inspection activities to align with production priorities.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality issues.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and regulatory standards.
