Job summary

DZYNE Technologies is hiring a Quality Control Inspector in Irvine, CA to support on-site manufacturing of air and ground vehicle systems. You will perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings, AS9100 standards, and airworthiness requirements.

The role emphasizes on-floor activity, detailed documentation, and close collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years in aerospace quality inspection.
• Experience verifying CofCs, material certs, heat treat/plate reports and inspection records.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect materials from raw to complex assemblies.
• Inspect wiring harnesses and LRU components for routing, shielding, and connector integrity.
• Perform integration inspections and verify airworthiness requirements.
• Conduct final inspections (FOD checks) and functional tests on installed systems.
• Maintain inspection records in digital formats and SharePoint.
