Quality Control Inspector
Irvine, CA
100% On‑site, M‑F, 6:00am-2:30pm
DZYNE Technologies is building a highly skilled team that thrives in the creation of new air and ground vehicles. The candidate will work in a manufacturing environment where projects are expected to meet rigorous quality expectations. The successful candidate will have a key role in our manufacturing environment; as a Quality Control Inspector, the candidate will always be on the floor and will have a direct impact on quality processes. This person is responsible for ensuring that all electrical, electromechanical, and avionics components are fabricated, installed, and integrated into the aircraft in compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and AS9100 standards. This role involves performing detailed receiving inspections, in‑process, and final inspections, including visual inspections of wire routing, clamping, connector integrity, and continuity checks. The inspector is responsible for accepting or rejecting assemblies, documenting non‑conformities, and verifying that all LRU and harness integrations meet airworthiness requirements prior to final flight release.

This position requires access to information and technology subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As a result, employment is contingent upon meeting applicable export control eligibility requirements and compliance obligations.
$35.00-$45.00 per hour
Hourly rate depends on relevant work experience, education, training, essential skills, and/or other factors such as specialized or high‑demand professions. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible for an annual bonus. The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of salary or annual bonus.
