Job summary

Staffingine LLC in Cypress, CA seeks a Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead the QA function and interface with operations, engineering, and suppliers. You will manage a team of 10+ and drive corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role reports to the Director of Quality Assurance and requires collaboration across multiple departments to ensure aerospace quality standards are met and sustained.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a quality role with leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO 9001 environments.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Administer CAR/PAR processes and close-loop actions.
• Respond to supplier CARs and provide root cause analyses.
• Perform internal audits as part of the QMS.
• Assist the Quality Manager with tasks and projects.
• Support company-wide audits by external certifying bodies.
• Prepare and present metrics for management reviews.
• Develop and train on SOPs and forms.
• Draft procurement drawings (SCDs) for components.
• Coordinate failure analysis with engineering for RMA.
• Coordinate external lab analysis when needed.
