Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support QA program to ensure conformity of purchased material and final products.
• Develop and maintain supplier quality index with supplier review board.
• Maintain the facility's Corrective and Preventive Action System.
• Meet with vendors, customers, quality reps, and staff to discuss and resolve quality problems; prepare reports.
• Chair the Supplier Review Board.
• Review technical problems and propose changes to procedures.
• Ensure incoming transfers and RMRs are processed properly.
• Assist Quality Control in updating department standards.
• Promote continuous improvement.
• Administer training for Quality Control inspectors.
• All other duties as assigned.
