Job summary

You will work with multiple teams to understand business drivers and contribute to quality improvements, mentoring newer team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum 3 years of product quality review experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products and services meet quality standards and that manufacturing processes are capable.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and execute policy with guidance.
• Collaborate across teams to align work and propose solutions outside set parameters with guidance.
• Provide informal guidance to new team members and apply analytic thinking to problem solving.
