Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in Eastford, CT to oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure customer and regulatory requirements are met. The role emphasizes applying quality engineering principles and tools to sustain and improve QMS deliverables for our aerospace customers.

You will collaborate with product and program engineering to drive corrective actions, verify documentation accuracy, and ensure compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015 standards

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in aerospace, aviation, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of QMS compliance oversight.
• AS9100 and ISO 9001:2015/QMS auditing experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience validating accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
• Knowledge of product acceptance inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform audits.
• Analyse and maintain data showing the health of the QMS.
• Create and maintain processes to ensure compliance.
• Drive escape and defect elimination through Built In Quality initiatives.
• Contract and customer purchase order compliance.
