Job summary

RTX is seeking a Quality Analyst to improve quality, reliability, and continuous improvement across engine programs. You will identify systemic COPQ drivers, lead RCCA efforts, and influence shop-level improvements while supporting EIS activities and internal auditing.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality leadership to transform data and shop-floor insights into sustainable solutions, driving measurable safety, cost, and customer satisfaction improvements at the

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree plus 2+ years in QA/continuous improvement or similar, OR 4+ years with an Associate’s Degree, OR 6+ years with a high school diploma.
QA experience in aerospace is preferred.
Experience supporting internal audits and RCCAs is desirable.
Experience implementing data-driven process improvements across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

Identify trends and COPQ, lead RCCA efforts and implement sustainable solutions.
Conduct internal audits to ensure process adherence and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering and Quality leadership to turn data into actionable improvements.
Support EIS activities and ensure shop requirements for new engine models are met.
