As a Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in improving quality, reliability, and continuous improvement across our engine programs. This is more than a traditional quality role—you'll have the opportunity to identify the systemic issues driving Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), lead meaningful Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts, and influence improvements across the shop and multiple engine models. You will also conduct internal audits to ensure robust processes and compliance. You'll work closely with Operations, Engineering, and Quality leadership to turn data and shop floor insights into sustainable solutions, while also supporting Entry Into Service (EIS) activities and internal auditing.
