GE Aerospace is recruiting a Senior Quality Systems Leader in Hooksett, NH. You will own the end-to-end Quality Management System, maintain AS9100 certification, and drive process improvements across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain.

You will lead internal and external audits, coordinate CAPA responses, and monitor KPI targets to ensure regulatory alignment. The role requires strong leadership, project management, and excellent communication across all organizational levels,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in quality programs within manufacturing or aerospace.
• Experience planning and executing internal and external audits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for RCA.
• Ability to manage cross-functional programs and projects.
• Effective written and verbal communication at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end QMS governance, documentation, change control, and reviews.
• Maintain AS9100 certification and other regulatory standards.
• Define and track Quality System KPIs and drive actions via FLIGHT DECK tools.
• Coordinate external audits and internal assessments; manage CAPA responses.
• Integrate QMS requirements with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Lead transformation efforts and collaborate on Safety Management System overlap.
