Chromalloy Corporation is seeking a QC Inspector to support receiving, in-process, and final inspections in our aerospace manufacturing operation. You’ll verify parts meet customer, quality, and regulatory requirements while helping keep production moving on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of quality inspection experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Good computer, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, in-process, outsourcing, and final inspections.
• Verify part counts, serial numbers, certifications, and customer requirements.
• Review travelers, routing instructions, and production documentation.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Identify, document, and help resolve nonconformances.
• Support production teams with quality-related questions and issues.
• Complete inspection records, certifications, and quality documentation.
• Validate outside processing documentation and certifications.
• Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.
• Help drive quality, process consistency, and on‑time delivery.
