Job summary

BETA Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Inspector in Vermont to perform inspections and testing per instructions in an aerospace manufacturing setting.

You will document results, identify defects, and ensure conformance to specifications, leveraging precision measurement tools and GD&T knowledge. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and can work collaboratively across shop personnel, with experience reading blueprints and performing First Article Inspections.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Working knowledge of GD&T.
• Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gage blocks).
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform Quality Control inspections & testing per inspection work instructions in an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Retrieve and interpret technical documents.
• Interpret technical documents and develop inspection work instructions.
• Perform First Article Inspections per AS9102.
• Complete required documentation and enter into ERP; create inspection reports.
