Qualifications

• Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields.
• Proficient in blue-print reading.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Geometric tolerances.
• Knowledge of PC-DMIS software.

Responsibilities

• QC inspection and visual inspection.
• Interpret complex engineering blueprints and GD&T.
• Keyence TM/IM unit programming/setup/operation.
• CMM operation using PC-DMIS.
• First article inspection and in-process inspection.
• Verify work against paperwork and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Follow ISO9001 & AS 9100 standards.
