Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a QC Inspector to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. The role focuses on inspecting aircraft components and assemblies to meet FAA and company quality standards, ensuring safe, reliable flight components before delivery.

The position offers a 2nd shift (3pm–1:30am) with a pay rate of $32.19/hour. Ideal candidates bring blueprint-reading skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year quality inspection or 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• Able to complete a Formal Inspection Training Program within 90 days of hire.
• Working knowledge of blueprint reading, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with shop tools.
• Able to read/write/speak English; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections using drawings, route cards, travelers, work instructions, specs, and procedures.
• Conduct preliminary, progressive, and final inspections of aircraft structures and assemblies.
• Verify functional operation of systems and components.
• Inspect for FOD and document results.
• Witness and document critical manufacturing steps and ensure FAA-compliant procedures.
