Job summary

Alinabal is a manufacturing company seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold quality initiatives on the shop floor. You will perform inspections, document results, and escalate non-conformances, collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain to improve materials, processes, and finished goods.

In this role you will support audits, maintain quality records, assist with supplier quality checks, and contribute to corrective actions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework or associate degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in quality, inspection, or manufacturing support.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 systems a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.
• Effective communicator and team player with basic computer skills; MS Office or quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Document findings clearly and escalate non-conformances; assist in resolution.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions under guidance.
• Maintain quality records and follow procedures per quality system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain product flow and quality.
• Assist in supplier quality checks and monitor vendor conformance as needed.
• Prepare for internal and external audits and support follow-up activities.
• FAI reviews and approval; DQR activities for customers; owner of FAI metric.
