Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or Quality Management.
• 8+ years of aerospace quality management experience.
• Experience in production or MRO environments.
• Familiarity with AS9100/FAA/EASA/UK CAA Part 145 regulatory requirements.
• Six Sigma or CQE/CQA certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, and regulatory teams.
• Lead 8D problem solving and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
• Serve as technical contact for audits by regulators, customers, and auditors.
• Maintain and audit Repair Station and Quality Manuals for regulatory compliance.
• Plan and manage quality-related projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor and develop junior quality staff.
• Track KPI's and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
