Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years related experience or training.
• Reading blueprints and technical specifications required.
• Knowledge of AS9102 FAI processes preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100/AS9120 and ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and assemblies for conformance to requirements before acceptance.
• Read blueprints and specs to support inspection plans and document results.
• Use calipers, micrometers and gauges to measure products.
• Identify nonconforming products and document findings.
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAIs) per AS9102 and coordinate discrepancies.
• Support corrective action investigations with factual evidence.
• Handle CUI and FCI as required.
• Assist continuous improvement in Quality Department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
