Job summary

EPS Corporation is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to support inspection and quality control of precision-fabricated components for DoD programs. The role emphasizes AS9100D and MIL-STD compliance, GD&T fundamentals, and thorough documentation.

The QA Inspector will perform in-process and final inspections, verify measurements with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs, and ensure traceability with CoC and MTR records. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of quality inspection in AS9100/ISO 9001 environments.
• Strong understanding of GD&T and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with FAI and document control.
• Knowledge of DoD standards and ITAR/EAR compliance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections per drawings and work instructions.
• Interpret AS9100D, MIL-STD, and customer requirements through the inspection process.
• Verify dimensional and visual compliance using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMMs.
• Complete NCRs and FAI documentation per AS9102.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure traceability with CoC, MTRs, and manufacturing travelers.
• Participate in internal audits and CAPA initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with quality system procedures, work instructions, and safety regulations.
