Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of leadership preferred.
• Must meet ITAR definition of US Person.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
• FAA testing and training is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Quality Inspectors; conduct performance reviews and training plans.
• Track KPIs: first-pass yield, scrap, rework, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Drive productivity improvements and corrective actions to reduce non-conformance.
• Ensure AS9100 compliance and 100% audit readiness.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, QA, and management across shifts.
• Maintain documentation: corrective action reports and inspection records.
