Job summary

Hera Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join its team. The successful candidate will focus on reviewing and maintaining quality system policies and procedures and quality control processes in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

The position requires strong technical and analytical background, good communication, and the ability to lead MRB, audits, and process improvements using tools like DMAIC and PDCA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Inspection/Quality experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret drawings including GD&T.
• Must be able and willing to work with others in a fast-changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Review orders, contracts, and changes; ensure quality plans meet criteria.
• Lead MRB, nonconforming material handling and documentation.
• Assist in internal and external quality audits.
• Prepare and deliver QA training materials.
• Interface with machinists and production to identify issues.
