Job summary

hireneXus is seeking a Director of Quality Assurance to lead quality functions across two manufacturing locations in Reno, Nevada. This senior leadership role reports to the COO and manages a team of 15, with a focus on compliance, supplier quality, and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have deep aerospace quality experience, particularly with AS9100 and DCMA standards. The position comes with competitive salary, benefits, and eligibility for an annual performance bonus up to 20% of wages.

Qualifications

• Deep aerospace quality experience with AS9100 certification knowledge.
• Direct experience working with DCMA is a hard requirement.
• Demonstrated expertise in RCCA methodology.
