Job summary

Embraer in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a procurement professional for a 2nd shift role (Wednesday–Saturday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) to ensure timely acquisition of tooling, parts, and services for our EEJS Repair Station floor operations.

You will source vendors, issue and track purchase orders, manage stock and inbound shipments, and uphold Embraer cost controls and safety standards while coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to maintain uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3+ years in same function qualify.
• Desirable: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics, Purchasing, or Aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Process material orders and purchase orders with vendors.
• Identify cost-effective suppliers and delivery methods.
• Approve requisitions and convert to purchase orders.
• Maintain stock records and coordinate shipping/receiving.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hazmat, and Embraer policies.
