Job summary

Embraer is seeking an inventory and purchasing specialist to support the EEJS Repair Station floor, managing tooling, parts and materials, and maintaining stock in designated areas while purchasing quality goods per Embraer policies.

The role requires aerospace purchasing and inventory experience, shipping/receiving, HazMat and forklift skills, along with precise record-keeping and supplier coordination to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; advanced degrees optional.
• Two+ years experience in Aerospace purchasing and inventory control; English fluency; HazMat knowledge; forklift experience.
• Desirable: Executive Jets/Corporate Repair Station or Military MRO exposure.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and convert to purchase orders with proper approvals.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure on-time shipment and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of approvals, orders, and receipts.
• Coordinate stock, tooling, and rotable inventory; prep shipments.
• Prepare parts/stock usage reports for management.
• Comply with safety, HazMat, and OSHA requirements.
