• Lead Time Tracking: monitor orders and flag potential delays to avoid project impact.
• Financial Accuracy: reconcile invoices with POs and packing slips.
• Inventory Oversight: monitor stock levels and trigger re-orders for critical items.
• Process Improvement: develop digital filing systems and scalable workflows.
