Responsibilities

• Review and coordinate procurement activities for the company.
• Confer with suppliers on price, availability, and delivery per drawings/specifications.
• Prepare purchase orders and provide supplier status on POs.
• Maintain orderly reports and electronic filing systems.
• Work with Receiving, Engineering, and Accounting to resolve issues and process invoices.
