PTI Technologies in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Full-Time Punch Press Setup/Operator. You will review time standards, prepare and update work instructions, and maintain department equipment to ensure high-quality aerospace manufacturing.

You will estimate, requisition, and inspect materials, set up dies, and coordinate tool maintenance to meet production schedules. You will also participate in process improvements with Manufacturing Engineering and train staff, leading by example to sustain safety

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two years in a related field.
• Proficiency with CNC programming and shop software.
• Ability to read safety and operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjust time standards for manufacturing processes.
• Prepare and update manufacturing work instructions.
• Maintain equipment in the department and ensure efficiency.
• Estimate, requisition, and inspect materials as needed.
• Set up dies and operate shop equipment.
• Coordinate tool maintenance and identify tooling needs.
• Contribute to process improvement with Manufacturing Engineering.
• Train staff and lead by example.
