W3Global is seeking a dependable Punch Press Operator in Whittier, CA to set up, operate, and monitor punch press equipment for precision aerospace components. You will read blueprints, verify tolerances with inspection tools, and document production data in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes first-piece and in-process inspections, adherence to quality standards, and collaboration within a manufacturing team focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of machining/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience operating punch presses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor punch press equipment to manufacture aerospace components.
• Read blueprints and GD&T, ensure tight tolerances.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Document production data and maintain accurate production records.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and perform basic preventative maintenance.
